1. Who We Are

My Holistix Life ("we", "our", "the app") is a holistic wellness education platform. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or HIPAA-covered entity.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase)
Journal entries: Health notes you voluntarily enter — stored in your account
Usage data: Which features you use, recipe saves, and scan history
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize the app experience
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To generate AI-powered wellness suggestions via the Anthropic Claude API
To improve the app and fix issues

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase — database and authentication storage
Anthropic — AI responses (your prompts are sent to their API)
Stripe — payment processing
Railway — app hosting

None of these providers have signed a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with us. Do not submit protected health information (PHI).

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and rely on Supabase's security infrastructure for data at rest. However, no system is 100% secure. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We will process requests within 30 days.

7. Children

This app is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
